Since August I am complaining I bought two Ice Vests through the website and the Ice Vest Company (http://1800icevest.com/) delivered only one. After long phones calls, they detected the mistake, and now there has being 4 months I am waiting for an answer when they are sending me the missing vest.
I am tired of the runaround and every week I try contact, they dont answer anymore. The attendant called Dr. Wayne Hayes is being rude, informing there is no reason for charging the company every day, it will not accelerating the delivered of the missing vest.
Every time there is an excuse for such a miss care. I just want my vest which I paid for.
